Bavaria 38
Very high quality and fast sailing quality yacht, with various handy adjustments and innovations, well maintained. The current owner has owned the ship for 17 years now and has made several practical adjustments, which makes the ship extra interesting. Because he has too little time to sail, the ship will be sold, complete as she is. I mention a number of things. The teak has been removed from the deck, making the boat almost maintenance free. The sprayhood has been completely adapted, enlarged, is new and he has also made a new handy sun tent. The kitchen has been adapted so there is more counter top, more storage space and a real fridge. The ceiling has been renewed in the whole boat. The electricity has been replaced, the navigation corner renewed as well as the lighting. There are 2 windows made in the hull  so that there is more light and visibility. There are closets in the boat everywhere. The boat is equipped with new cushions and beautiful upholstery in 2008. Engine:
Volvo Penta 28 hp, type 2003, year built 1987, well maintained, sail drive, cuff preventively replaced in 2014, 2-blade fixed propeller, direct cooling, plastic fuel tank of 90 l, new dashboard, fuel level meter.

Rigging:
Transverse height 17 m, sloop rigging, aluminum mast and boom, fine and strong sails, mainsail, 2 x furling genoa, 2 x furling genoa in reserve, spinnaker boom, stainless steel rigging, 4 winches of which 2 x selftailing, new stoppers.

Navigation and equipment:
All electricity replaced, navigation corner renewed, lots of LED lighting, 3 x battery of 102 Ah in new battery box, 12V, shore power front and rear, battery charger, amphere meter, compass, Raymarine depth sounder and log, GPS and repeater, VHF and handheld, Sony radio / cd with extra speakers inside and outside, autopilot, navigation lighting.

Gas and water:
2 x plastic water tank with total 250 l, water pressure electric and extra foot pump, large renovated Jabsco toilet, plastic waste water tank 60 l, new fridge with freezer, 3-burner gas stove with oven, cooking on induction is also possible, Webasto heating (exhaust is leaking).

Safety:
Lifebuoy, 2 fire extinguishers, hand bilge pump.
