We find the ship that fits your needs
eSailing helps you to draw up your personal wish list. In a personal conversation we make a profile of the boat that suits you. On the basis of this profile, we check whether we have a boat in mediation that meets this requirement. If eSailing does not have such a boat in mediation itself, then we would like to find it for you.
Large network of yacht brokers
We have access to a large network of yacht brokers in the Netherlands and abroad, so that we are more aware of boats that are for sale or coming from boats that are in silent sales. We are active on this market every day and can therefore search more specifically and respond more quickly to boats that are offered. We would like to use this knowledge and expertise to find your “dream” boat.
Complete guidance with your purchase
If we have found your boat, we will continue to support you in purchasing it. eSailing helps you to determine the bid, guides you in the further bidding process, conducts negotiations for you and draws up the purchase and sale agreement. You can count on all the facilities necessary for the safe purchase of your boat.
Third party account
For the financial transactions, our third party funds are at your disposal to ensure that the payment runs smoothly. We have direct access to the Ship Register so that we can check online shipments of a boat. We also help you with the transfer or registration of your boat in the ship register. eSailing delivers according to the HISWA general conditions.
Costs of purchase mediation
The costs for purchasing mediation are divided into 3 elements. An initial amount, an hourly amount for hours worked and a percentage of the savings between asking price and purchase amount:
Brokerage fee:
- € 1.500 including VAT at the start of the mediation. This amount is the first 5 hours we spend on your assignment
- € 150 per hour for hours worked after the first 5 hours. You will be notified if these 5 hours are exceeded.
- 25% of the savings between the asking price and the purchase price.
Travel expenses:
For a ship within the Netherlands we only charge the travel hours and not the travel costs. We are happy to make a custom proposal for ships abroad. The HISWA general terms and conditions brokerage vessels apply to all our services. We will make up a brokerage agreement when you give us your assignment.
